Character / vibe studies and sketches for my long format work “Dangerous at Night”.

Dangerous at Night is a piece of  speculative cinema that explores  and reverse engineers a future  singularity arising from the collision of secret fraternities, social clubs, anarchy, and experimental christianity on Nigerian university campuses of the 1980s. 

The title derives from the acronym  for Ibadan (one of the largest cities on the African continent on par with Cairo and Jo’burg and also one of the oldest college towns) which posits: ‘Ibadan Boys  Are Dangerous At Night’… Which isn’t really true, but at least now everyone gets their wish. Stay tuned.
